Wallpaper & Screensavers

Wow!  This page dates from the ancient days of the Internet when Windows 3.1 wallpaper had to be .bmp files and people needed instructions on replacing the default Windows wallpaper.  Now this page, which used to be a little branch of my web site, gets well over 30,000 hits per month, mostly from people in search of a single image, flames.bmp.  So it has become the de facto home page for the entire web site!  That .bmp flame image can be found toward the bottom of the page and you are welcome to it; but if you want something other than a .bmp format, the flames photograph and many others can be found in much higher resolution (3114 x 2115) in JPG format on another page at this site: Photography\Pictorials\Pictorials.html.  But if all you want is flames, here is the JPG:

What's new at Gladly Learn:

• After decades in storage I've finally scanned and posted large-scale images of famous paintings and art objects that I shot in museums around the world.  Click here for Art History!

• New large scale photographs of Colonial Williamsburg.  These could be really good for school reports on Colonial American history, particularly for colonial occupations. 

• New web page for large format fine art photography.  These high-res images can be downloaded and printed for noncommercial use.  There is also a link to my photography book on Blurb.
