To assign screensavers in Windows 98
Click the screensaver link to save one of the screensaver files to your computer. Place the file in your C:\Windows\System\ folder. Then minimize all your open application windows.

Next, right-click your Windows desktop background in an area without any open windows. This opens the Display Properties frame. Select the Screen Saver tab. Expand the list of available screen savers by clicking the little down arrow in the Screen Saver area. Scroll down the list until you find the file you just saved, such as ColloquiaNature03. Click the screensaver you want to use. Click the Preview button just to be sure that everything works. Finally, click Apply or OK and exit Display Properties.
