For three years I created the Simulate Emergency Test (SET) scenarios in my role as Assistant Emergency Coordinator (AEC)
for Training for the Gwinnett County, Georgia, ARES ™ group. Basically my
philosophy was to create a series of messages for a multitude of stations to
originate and test the ability of the Net Control Station (NCS) to marshal
resources, establish the required resource & tactical nets, manage traffic,
dispatch operators, and meet the needs of our served agencies.
To that end my format evolved over the years. Attached are the files
just in case they can help somebody else.
